Coastal Therapy is proud to partner with several universities, including Jacksonville University to support the professional development of future practicing therapists. Nancy Turner, founder of Coastal Pediatric Therapy Center, spent Tuesday afternoon at the JU Applied Health Sciences career day. Students and employers were able to meet and speak about potential careers. Nancy brought awareness of therapy services to current students and let them know how careers in pediatric therapy are extremely rewarding! Job prospects look bright for therapists due to increased awareness of speech and language disorders and developmental delays in children.
